libt3unicode

The libt3unicode library provides functions for using and manipulating UTF-8 encoded text. The functions provided can convert UTF-8 into separate codepoints, return relevant information about codepoints, normalize UTF-8 strings, and more.

libt3unicode deprecated

libt3unicode has been deprecated, as libunistring provides almost all the required functionality. libunistring is included in almost every major linux distribution.

This release only updates the build scripts to support DESTDIR.
